I think I scared a few people off with this one – and fair enough!

Well done to those gave the 20kg weighted plank a go, especially to Kelly in 1st place with 1:37, Samantha in 2nd with 1:31, and Mark in 3rd at 1:20!

Squats holds are definitely not everyone’s favourite. Some good times up there though!

Well done to Angela in 1st place with 125 seconds, Rhona with 101 seconds at 2nd, and Samantha in with 94 at 3rd.

I’m sure it’s fair to say that everyone enjoyed the leg extension challenge.

I don’t think it left everyone with quite as much DOMS as the 5 minute squat challenge, but I tried!

This week’s challenge fried everyone’s arms – specifically their triceps.

Well done to Liz, Lance, and Wendy for 60, 46, and 43 seconds!

This challenge was not the kindest on most people’s legs… 5 minutes of straight squats.

Well done to Kelly for 182,  Lance for 167, and Wendy for 164!

Also a shout to Rhona, Mark, and Kelly for doing the whole thing without resting! You guys are crazy.

We did the exact opposite of last week’s challenge this time – an iron cross on your back!

We used double the weight, but most people ended up scoring higher than their previous time.
